Baseline
Videotaping: The raw behavior of each participant
is studied through the video taping of a role-play
simulating the actual environment he/she operates
in. This is done in order to identify strengths
and soft spots and to aid the coach in providing
the right kind of support.
Coaching:
The coaching session involves intense one
to one guidance and facilitation by the Coretech
trainer to support the participant in learning
and demonstrating the skills.
Learning through dissonance: Participants
obtain feedback from the videotape in such a manner
that generates dissonance between what they believe
they do and what they see themselves doing. This
helps in making them aware of their own strengths
and soft spots and areas they need to concentrate
on.
Feedback:
This learning is supported by feedback given
by the team members as well as the warm support
from the Coretech trainer.
Behavioral Scorecard: Every participant
is evaluated on each skill learnt during the workshop
in an objective quantified manner.
Exit Videotaping: The skills learnt are
then demonstrated by the participants in a role-play
which is video taped, evaluated and analyzed in
a similar manner. This helps to integrate the
learning and ensures that learning is internalized.
