In order to ensure that learnings are understood, practiced, implemented and internalized, Coretech workshops are offered as part of the customized Curriculum of Learning.

The objective of the Coretech Curriculum of Learning is to enable professionals to acquire competency in delivering a fair response both in terms of task as well as relationship.

The Curriculum is designed in such a manner that:

  Workshops are completely customized and therefore truly relevant to needs
Workshop methodology leads to immediate improvement in skills and performance on the job  
Implementation at the job is ensured through an intense post-workshop intervention using behavioural score cards, audits and online refreshers 

Towards this end, the developmental interventions are structured in the following way:

PRE WORKSHOP

Data gathering about target group through interviews and discussions with relevant team members Data gathering about perceptions, identifying ineffective behaviors through group work Data gathering about impacts and suggested improvements through informal discussions with participants
Observation of target groups' on- the-job behavior through call- audits/survey Observation of raw behavior through baseline tapings Observation of skill improvement through call-audits/surveys, use of behavioural score cards, certification-decertification, grading, online refreshers, design of reminders.
Customization of the curriculum on the basis of specific needs Skill development and attitudinal inputs, observation of skill implementation through exit tapings and behavioural score cards Recommendations on evaluation systems, further developmental requirements
